Happy Friday! We are one week closer to my favorite holiday of the year. I know you may have read the title and gasped. But you read it right, I for one am not afraid to admit I find turkey kind of laame. Don’t get me wrong, it is delicious and definitely the first thing I associate with when I think of Thanksgiving, but there are SO many other delectable birds and meats out there that I thought it unfair if I didn’t give them the spotlight.
