Healthy Living in Austin, Texas

This past weekend Austin experienced one wild storm. Four inches of rain fell on Monday near Central Austin and businesses along Lamar had to shut down for a couple of days while they dealt with the flooding inside their establishments. Since the beginning of the year, Lake Travis has rises over 32 inches and is expected to continue to rise over the next couple of weeks. Living in Texas, I am used to all of the crazy weather patterns but this weekend by far was one of the craziest I have experienced in a while.
